We invite you to the joint colloquium of the Croatian Biophysical Society and ZIMO, which will take place on June 5, 2025, at 9:30 AM in Hall 3 of Wing III at the Ruđer Bošković Institute.
The lecture will be given by:
Leon Van Heddeghem, Lara Vereecke, and Ruby Van de Velde, students from HOGENT University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Ghent, Belgium, who have spent the past four months at the Division for Marine and Environmental Research as part of the Erasmus+ student mobility program.
Leon Van Heddeghem and Ruby Van de Velde gained research experience in the Laboratory for Marine and Atmospheric Biogeochemistry under the mentorship of Dr. Nadica Ivošević DeNardis and Dr. Ana Cvitešić Kušan, while Lara Vereecke worked in the Laboratory for Biological Effects of Metals under the mentorship of Dr. Vlatka Filipović Marijić. In addition to sharing their experiences in the lab, they will also talk about their adventures in Croatia and beyond.
