This consent/agreement has been drawn up in accordance with Article 6 in conjunction with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016.
I agree that my personal data contained in the membership application form, which I have provided for the purpose of joining the Croatian Biophysical Society, will be processed by an authorized person at the Croatian Biophysical Society. By my signature, I confirm that I am aware of the right to request access to my personal data, correction or restriction of the processing of my personal data from the bodies processing my data at any time, as well as the right to file an objection to the processing of my personal data. By my signature, I expressly declare that I have read and understood this consent, and that I am aware that I can withdraw it at any time.
