Assembly report

The Assembly of the Croatian Biophysical Society (HBD) was held on February 27, 2020 at the Ruđer Bošković Institute, Bijenička cesta 54, Zagreb, starting at 11:00 a.m.
The assembly was opened by the president of the Society, Mario Cindrić.

As the number of members present (regular, with voting rights) of the Society was less than 1/3, the beginning of the Assembly was postponed by 30 minutes in accordance with Article 18 of the Society's Statute.
During the aforementioned period, a lecture was held entitled "Application of Monte Carlo calculations in medical physics and biophysics". The lecture was given by Assistant Professor Hrvoje Brkić, Faculty of Medicine, Osijek.

1. Report of the Supervisory Board and Court of Honor,
2. Report of the President on the activities and plans of the Society: seminars, international cooperation (meetings in 2019 and 2020),
3. Discussion on the proposal for the annual award of the Croatian Biophysical Society according to the proposed template,
4. Administrative report: Statute, members of the Company's bodies, website, mailing list,
5. Financial report for 2019 and plan for 2020,
6. Report on the progress of the organization of the International School of Biophysics 2020,
7. Miscellaneous.
