Assembly report

The Assembly of the Croatian Biophysical Society (HBD) was held on February 15, 2019 at the Ruđer Bošković Institute, Bijenička cesta 54, Zagreb, starting at 11:00 a.m.
The Assembly was opened by the President of the Society, M. Cindrić.
As the number of present (regular, with voting rights) members of the Society was less than 1/3, the beginning of the Assembly was postponed by 30 minutes in accordance with Article 18 of the Society's Statute.

During the mentioned period, a lecture was held on "Physicochemical properties and ADME profile of molecules – in vitro and in silico approaches". The lecture was given by Dr. Višnja Stepanić, Ruđer Bošković Institute, Zagreb
