PhD student Anamarija Budimir, MSc. in Physics, and postdoctoral student Iva Stojan, PhD, from the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, University of Split, are the winners of the EBSA scholarship for participation in the 15th EBSA Congress.

The congress took place in Rome from June 30 to July 4, 2025. During the congress, two posters were presented entitled "Structural Elements Contributing to the Mode of Action of Antimicrobial Peptide Mesco-2 from Mesocestoides corti” by Anamarija Budimir, Tomislav Rončević, Alessandro Tossi, Sabrina Pacor, Marco Gerdol, Mario Mardirossian, Andrea Caporale and Larisa Zoranić and “Membrane-Active Peptides from Helminths: Linking Antimicrobial Activity to Molecular Mode of Action” by Iva Stojan, Tomislav Rončević, Mario Mardirossian, Marco Gerdol, Sabrina Pacor, Andrea Caporale, Alessandro Tossi and Larisa Zoranić.
