Invitation to the assembly

On Friday, December 11, 2009, starting at 2:00 PM, the annual meeting of the Croatian Biophysical Society will be held at the Ruđer Bošković Institute, as well as a lecture: Investigation of microheterogeneity in aqueous alcohol solutions using molecular dynamics (Ph.D. Larisa Zoranić, PMF Split).
Agenda:
1. Election of the working presidency of the Assembly
2. President's report on the Company's activities
3. Financial report of the Company Secretary
4. Report of the Supervisory Board and Court of Honor
5. Dismissal of the President and the bodies of the Society
6. Election of the President and new bodies of the Society
7. Miscellaneous

HBD members are invited to send their proposals for the election of a new president and the Society's bodies via e-mail or to present them at the Annual Assembly. Candidates for president should present their program of work in the Society in the coming period at the Annual Assembly.
Please plan to arrive, as we need a quorum to be able to make valid decisions.
