Abstract

Garlic is the first Croatian scientific program included in some of the more well-known Linux distributions: Debian, SuSE and Mandrake. Garlic was created primarily for the analysis of membrane proteins, but can also be used for soluble proteins. The presentation will present the program's capabilities and plans for further development.
